Extensive renovation of a detached 6 bedroom family home in Streatham. The roof and top floor were in a severely dilapidated state and required structural repairs alongside the dormer extensions to the rear for 2 bedrooms. The landing and stairwell were remodelled to provide spacious circulation and coherent access to 3 bedrooms and a new bathroom.

Ground and first floors were renovated following significant modifications to the heating, hot water and electrical installations.
