A 2-storey 2 bedroom terraced house in Chiswick Park. The house has been extended upwards and rearwards to create a 3-storey 4 bedroom house with 2 bathroom. The client asked us to explore a variety of interior configurations and design ideas using materials and motifs that appealed to them.

We developed series of iterations culminating in a full package of detailed construction drawings from a planning application prepared by others. We worked with the client and the contractor to develop design solutions that maximised space, construction efficiency and enhanced aesthetic quality. 

The project commenced on site in October 2022 and completed in Summer 2023.
