The brief

 

To extensively re-model this detached 1930’s house which backs onto beautiful green belt land.

 

The challenge

 

On entering the house, you are currently met with the front of a cupboard door. With careful remodelling we set about bringing the outside in to ensure the vast views of fields at the back of the house are no longer hidden from view.

 

The Design Solution

 

A modernisation of the front facade, which includes relocating the front door and entrance hall, completely opens up the house to expose volumes of natural light and surrounding views. Full CGI visualisation down to bespoke bookshelves in the living areas and interior colour palettes have bought these plans to life. The project is ongoing.
